Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; Pharmacy is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Product Management or Brand Management is highly preferred.
• Experience handling or supporting branded generic products is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Pain Management / Analgesics, Rx, CNS, Psychology-related, or Pain Generic products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive brand growth and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
• Manage marketing plans, budgets, forecasts, and promotional activities for assigned products.
• Develop and prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional tools aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, KOLs, and other key stakeholders.
• Support and train the sales team to strengthen product knowledge and effective execution of marketing strategies.
• Analyse sales and market data to support forecasting, performance tracking, and business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all marketing activities.
• Conduct field visits and market activities to gather market insights and better understand customer needs.
