in the Philippines seeks an E-Commerce Account Management Senior Executive to drive strategic campaign proposals and manage key client accounts across a global, dynamic landscape. You will collaborate with Business Development to present ideas, maintain relationships, and ensure campaigns meet objectives and timelines, while also creating cost estimates and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in the E-commerce industry.
• 3–4 years in the digital marketing space.
• Portfolio handling well-known brands and agencies.
• Experience working cross-departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm campaign proposals based on briefs to close potential accounts.
• Present campaign ideas to clients with the Business Development team and suggest alternatives.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure campaigns run as planned and on schedule.
• Create cost estimates based on client requirements and deliverables.
• Upsell to existing clients to expand the business.

[PH] E-Commerce Account Management Senior Executive

What You'll Do

• Does brainstorming with the team to craft effective and strategic campaign proposals based on job briefs in order to close potential accounts
• Presents the campaign idea to the client together with the Business Development team and suggests some alternatives to answer the client’s objectives
• Maintains relationships with clients and makes sure all campaigns are well-executed and will run based on agreed objectives and timeline
• Creates Cost Estimates based on client requirements and deliverables
• Promotes the expansion of business with existing clients through upselling

Who You Are

• 3-4+ year of experience in the E-Commerce industry
• Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the digital marketing space
• Have extensive experience and portfolio in handling well-known brands and agencies
• Used to working with cross-departments.
• Has strong and impressive communication skills and is a problem solver
• Excellent in Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel Sheet, PPT)
