Job summary

Pooch Park in Metro Manila seeks a compassionate grooming assistant to support the store team in daily operations and pet care. You will help with dematting, bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing teeth, and ear cleaning under supervision.

As part of our grooming crew, you will help ensure pets are safe during grooming and the workspace remains clean and well-maintained. A calm, patient demeanor with good customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must not be afraid of dogs.
• Must be able to handle frustration and remain calm when dealing with difficult pets.
• Must be patient.
• Must have customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dematting and detangling hair as required.
• Bathing, conditioning, and drying pets.
• Trimming nails, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears.
• Grooming and styling pets according to owners’ instructions or standard grooming styles.
• Ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process.
• Ensuring the work area is always clean.
• Grooming equipment is well maintained and cleaned.
• Providing assistance to other branch when needed.
