Job summary

Pilmico, part of Aboitiz Foods, is seeking a Creatives & Social Media Specialist to lead storytelling and design across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You will plan campaigns, create assets, and engage pet care communities to boost brand awareness and meaningful presence.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in graphic design, social media management, or digital marketing, with strong Adobe skills and a keen eye for typography, storytelling, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience with FMCG, retail, pet care, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools; strong portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages social media calendar for multiple platforms.
• Conceptualizes creative campaigns, content themes, and storytelling.
• Designs static images, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
• Schedules and publishes content across platforms; coordinates with teams/agencies.
• Monitors content quality, captions, hashtags, and links.
• Creates trade marketing materials and packaging adaptations.
• Repurposes assets for social, e‑commerce, email, and ads.
• Coordinates influencer marketing campaigns.
• Organizes marketing assets and collaborates across teams.
