Job summary

Rentokil Initial Philippines Inc. is looking for a dedicated pest control technician to join our team in Subic. You will provide pest control treatments, advise customers on service concerns, and maintain company equipment.

The role requires driving a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle and holding a valid professional driver's license. We welcome college graduates, vocational certificate holders, or agriculture-related graduates, with a willingness to learn and work night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
• Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3) required.
• College graduate or vocational certificate.
• Graduate of Agriculture or related field is an advantage.
• Willing to be trained and work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent pest control treatment and recommendations to customers.
• Provide feedback to superiors on customer service concerns.
• Maintain equipment, tools, phones, vehicles and other company property.
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrival at treatment sites.
• Manage chemicals and consumables safely and efficiently.
• Follow SOP for warehouse inventory, disposal, and stock issuance.

Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent pest control treatment and recommendations to customers.
• Provide feedback to superiors on the service concerns of the customer.
• Maintain in good working condition all equipment, tools, mobile phones, vehicles and other items provided by the company for work purposes.
• Plan out and carry out the route to ensure timely arrival in all treatment sites.
• Efficiently manage the use of chemicals and other pest control consumables.
• Ensure proper SOP is followed for the warehouse, stock inventory & disposal process, and stocks issuance.
