Qualifications

• College Graduate of any course.
• 0-1 year experience in related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of exercise science, human anatomy, physiology and training principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse clientele.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping others achieve health and fitness goals.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work.
• Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate exercises and maintain professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations with new and existing clients to understand their health goals, fitness levels and any limitations.
• Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, form and progression to ensure client safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and encourage clients to maintain commitment to their fitness goals and overcome challenges.
• Offer nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to complement fitness programmes.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, assessments and programme modifications.
• Educate clients on proper use of fitness equipment and facility amenities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals and team members to deliver exceptional service.
