Responsibilities
Safe and Timely Transportation
- Drive the employer and/or their family members to and from destinations safely and on time.
- Ensure punctuality and safety during all trips.
Route Planning & Time Management
- Plan efficient routes based on traffic, weather, and distance.
- Use GPS and navigation apps to avoid delays.
Vehicle Maintenance & Care
- Perform regular inspections and checks on the vehicle (oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and in top operating condition.
- Coordinate scheduled servicing and repairs.
Professionalism & Discretion
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
Errands and Support Tasks
- Run errands such as picking up packages, groceries, or dry cleaning.
- Assist with loading and unloading items when needed.
Compliance with Traffic Laws
- Follow all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Avoid behaviors that could endanger passengers or attract police attention.
Record Keeping
- Track mileage, fuel usage, tolls, and trip logs for employer review.
