NXT STUDIOS MANILA in Pasig City is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to join our team. This full-time role provides safe, punctual transportation for our staff and clients, while upholding discretion and vehicle maintenance.

A valid Philippine driver's license and 2–5 years of driving experience are required. Ideal candidates know Metro Manila streets well, can plan efficient routes, and handle occasional night trips or out-of-town errands.

About the role

NXT STUDIOS MANILA is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation for our team members and clients. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality driving services whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and vehicle maintenance. This role is essential to our operations, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our business activities and the satisfaction of those you serve.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations at all times

• Provide reliable and punctual transportation services for team members and clients to various locations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas

• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing and repairs as needed

• Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrivals whilst minimising fuel consumption and traffic delays

• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, maintenance and vehicle expenses

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journeys, displaying courteous and professional behaviour at all times

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or damage

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all sensitive information and conversations

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers regarding schedules, delays and any changes to itineraries

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including vehicle usage guidelines and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Habits & Health: Strictly non-smoker / non-drinker / no visible tattoos. Excellent eyesight, with no chronic health conditions or required maintenance medications.

• Logistics: Must own a motorcycle for daily commuting and reside within a 30-minute travel distance from the residence.

• Flexibility: Willing to perform night driving and out-of-town business trips when required.

• Key Roles: Multi-role position serving as a Personal Driver and Personal Assistant (school drop-offs/pick-ups, grocery/supply errands, delivery tasks, and minor condo/office support).

• A valid Philippine driver's license (Professional Driver's License preferred) with a clean driving record

• Minimum of 2-5 years of professional driving experience

• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila roads, traffic patterns and alternative routes

• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor

• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to punctuality and reliability

• Ability to work independently whilst following company guidelines and safety protocols

• Physical fitness and ability to remain alert and focused during extended driving periods

• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and mobile communication devices
