Job summary

Sureste Properties Inc. is seeking a Personal Driver to safely chauffeur the Employer and designated persons, ensuring timely trips and strict confidentiality. You will conduct pre-trip checks, keep the vehicle clean, and adhere to all laws and employer instructions.

You will also run errands and provide assistance as needed, including document delivery and handling sensitive information, while presenting a professional image and staying punctual.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Professional Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Experience as an Executive or Company driver is advantageous.
• Knowledge in vehicle maintenance, basic repair and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with major roads and fastest, safest routes.
• Well-groomed, punctual, trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
• Conversant in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely chauffeur the Employer and designated persons to and from destinations.
• Report for work with time to prepare the vehicle and perform safety checks.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, secure, and in proper condition.
• Park or return the vehicle to the designated location at the end of each day.
• Observe traffic laws and reasonable instructions from the Employer.
• Promptly report accidents, damage, or any vehicle issues.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of employer and related information.
• Perform driving-related errands and personal assistance as requested, including deliveries or collection of items.
• Perform other reasonable tasks incidental to the Personal Driver role.

Job description

• Safely chauffeur the Employer and, when requested, members of the Employer's family or other persons authorized by the Employer to and from designated destinations.

• Report for work with sufficient time to prepare the vehicle and conduct reasonable exterior and interior safety checks before use.

• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, secure, and in proper condition.

• Park or return the vehicle to the location designated by the Employer at the end of each workday.

• Observe all traffic laws, parking regulations, building rules, and reasonable instructions of the Employer.

• Promptly report accidents, damage, mechanical concerns, warning lights, traffic incidents, or any other issue affecting the vehicle or passengers.

• Not use the Employer's or Company's vehicle for personal or unauthorized purposes.

• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the Employer, the Employer's family, company-related information, destinations, schedules, and other information learned in the course of employment.

• Perform reasonable driving-related errands and other personal assistance requested by the Employer, including collection or delivery of documents, parcels, groceries, personal items, and taking or collecting laundry from the designated Laundry Department or service provider.

• Perform other reasonable errands or assistance incidental to the Employee's role as Personal Driver, as may be requested by the Employer from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 days per week

• Regular Working Hours as required

• Rest Day - By mutual agreement
