Job description

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including venue booking, agendas, and minutes.

  • Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical.

  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Liaise with clients, partners, and other internal departments.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and requests on behalf of the executive.

  • Assist in preparing expense reports and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a related administrative role.
