• Validate data accuracy and investigate anomalies in performance results.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly finance service performance reports.
• Assist in developing executive dashboards and summaries.
• Support Service Performance Review meetings with materials and talking points.
• Explain performance results to Service Level Managers and BU stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Based onhow finance performance reporting and service reviews are actually handledin our organization, the responsibilities of a Performance Analyst –Finance typically cover the following areas. These are grounded on thescope reflected in the Finance Shared Services performance reports, KPIreviews, and service review materials used across sectors

PerformanceMeasurement & KPI Management

• Track,monitor, and analyze finance KPIs such as timeliness, completeness,accuracy, volumetrics, and productivity across finance processes (AP,AR, Reporting, Treasury, Payroll, etc.).
• EnsureKPI definitions, formulas, and targets are consistently applied acrossbusiness units and reporting periods.
• Validatedata accuracy and investigate anomalies or variances in performanceresults.

PerformanceReporting & Dashboards

• Preparemonthly and quarterly finance service performance reports forShared Services and Business Units.
• Assist the SLM Manager in developing executive-ready dashboards and summaries highlighting trends, risks, andimprovement areas.
• Assist the SLM Manager in translating raw data into clear insights and narratives suitable for ServiceReviews and leadership discussions.

Service Review & StakeholderSupport

• Supportmonthly/quarterly Service Performance Review meetings by preparingmaterials, insights, and talking points.
• Partnerwith Service Level Managers, Controllers, and BU stakeholders to explainperformance results and trends.
• Respondto ad-hoc performance data requests from Finance leadership and BusinessUnits.
