Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking a testing professional to comprehensively validate PeopleSoft Finance modules, including functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing.

You’ll verify end-to-end financial processes and system integrations, working with Finance SMEs, BAs, developers, and PMs, and support upgrades and production releases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on PeopleSoft Financials testing experience, test case execution, SQL data validation, and

Qualifications

• Experience in PeopleSoft Financials testing.
• Ability to create and execute test cases and manage defects.
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting.
• Experience with integration testing and end-to-end finance workflows.
• SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specs, and design documents for PeopleSoft Finance.
• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for Finance modules.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, and UAT.
• Validate end-to-end financial business processes and system integrations.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, BAs, Developers, and PMs to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support upgrades, patches, enhancements, and production releases.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and status updates.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and provide inputs for test strategy and coverage.
• Ensure testing aligns with organizational quality standards and processes.
