Job summary
Acquire Intelligence is seeking a People Partner Manager to lead HR business partnering for assigned accounts, driving employee engagement, retention, and performance in a global outsourcer environment. The role acts as a strategic link between business units and HR to align people strategies with company objectives.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR leadership, strong labor-law knowledge, and experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Conduct focus group discussions and new hire assimilation activities
- Implement feedback mechanisms between employees and leadership
- Analyze attrition trends and develop retention strategies with operations
- Support performance management initiatives to drive employee growth
- Monitor attendance and attrition across assigned accounts
- Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance
- Act as escalation point for employee concerns and grievances
- Lead HR Advisors in delivering HR programs and initiatives
- Partner with training, HR, and operations teams to improve performance outcomes
- Use data and reporting to drive insights and decision-making
