Job description

Responsible for providing vital administrative support to the HR team, including managing documentation, assisting with onboarding, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, coordinating training, generating basic reports, ensuring compliance, and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries, contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and the overall well-being of employees.

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team by ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting employee needs, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You Will Do
  1. Employee Lifecycle Support
  2. Maintain and organize HR documents, records, and databases accurately and confidentially.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
  4. Coordinate with payroll and manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
  5. Insurance & Benefits Administration
  6. Process insurance transactions, EOBs, and invoices.
  7. Assist with benefits renewals and facilitate employee orientations regarding benefits.
  8. Government Compliance & Filing
  9. Handle SSS, TIN, and other government filings and reimbursements.
  10. Liaise with government offices to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  11. Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. HR Operations & Support
  13. Manage employee loan approvals, timekeeping requests, and document requests.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related questions or issues.
  15. Recruitment & Employer Branding
  16. Coordinate job postings and assist in screening candidates.
  17. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  18. Create visual and written materials to support HR communications and employer branding initiatives.
  19. Administrative & Managerial Support
  20. Arrange travel, schedule meetings, consolidate HR reports, process administrative documents such as invoices, and provide support to senior management.
  21. Consolidate and generate basic HR reports and data summaries as requested by HR management or other stakeholders.
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge in creative tools such as Canva is a plus, but not required.

Education: Secondary education or equivalent.

Experience: Relevant work experience in HR or related fields based on the following number of years:

  • Associate: Prior experience not required
  • Standard: One (1) year
