Verkada is seeking a People Operations Associate to drive performance management, employee engagement, and data analytics in a high-growth setting. You will partner with People Partners to manage the lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and ensure a world-class employee experience.

This role is on-site at our San Mateo, CA office five days a week, with a focus on scaling People programs, processes, and analytics to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR or People Operations role in a fast-paced environment.
• BA/BS degree required; MBA or Master’s degree a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to execute seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Build reporting and transform data into actionable insights for People Partners and leaders.
• Serve as first line of support for complex employee inquiries (benefits, payroll, mobility, immigration).
• Co-pilot key talent programs including performance cycles, Pulse surveys, and recognition initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks and assist rollout of new People initiatives.
