Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP/HRIS systems for employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Assists in manpower capacity planning and validates requests for additional manpower.
• Complies with HR regulatory reporting to DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth.
• Creates and maintains 201 files of regular and contractual employees using SAP/HRIS.
• Facilitates retirement benefits and government-related benefits.
• Facilitates on-boarding sessions and orientation programs for new hires.
• Coordinates employee engagement activities (Sports, Wellness, Events).
• Consolidates performance appraisals and supports calibration.
