Job summary

Studio West Philippines is seeking a People Insights Analyst to transform workforce data into actionable insights for a US-based client.

You will build interactive dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders while operating in a hybrid work model from Metro Manila.

Qualifications

GENERAL PURPOSE

Responsible for analyzing workforce data and transforming it into meaningful insights that support business and people-related decisions for a US-based company. Partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to identify workforce trends, measure the effectiveness of people programs, support workforce planning, and strengthen organizational performance through data-driven recommendations. Develops reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve decision-making and enhance the employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Builds, maintains, and continuously improves interactive dashboards that provide meaningful workforce insights for People leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Analyzes workforce trends across hiring, retention, turnover, promotions, internal mobility, employee engagement, organizational health, diversity, and performance.
  • Transforms complex workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Develops recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses that support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy.
  • Partners with Finance and business leaders to connect workforce insights with business performance and strategic priorities.
  • Supports employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and listening initiatives by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and recommending meaningful actions.
  • Utilizes AI tools and analytics technologies to automate reporting, identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance insight generation.
  • Creates executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate data in a clear, compelling, and business-focused way.
  • Monitors key workforce metrics and proactively identifies emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of workforce data across HR systems and reporting platforms.
  • Supports organizational design, workforce planning, headcount reporting, and workforce forecasting initiatives through meaningful analysis and business partnerships.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of People programs and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting, data governance, analytics processes, visualization tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Creates and maintains reporting standards, documentation, data dictionaries, and analytics best practices.
  • Keeps current and informed on emerging trends in people insights, workforce intelligence, AI, and HR technology.

-Performs other duties as may be assigned by the team and management.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, finance analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working with HRIS and workforce data.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity, intellectual humility, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to work during US business hours (night schedule) and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Experience analyzing employee engagement, pulse survey, and organizational health data.
  • Familiarity with predictive analytics, workforce forecasting, turnover modeling, and organizational effectiveness metrics.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on workforce planning and headcount reporting.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting a growing or transforming organization.
