Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Coordinator to support daily HR operations and enhance the employee experience across field and corporate teams. Reporting to the People Manager, this role handles the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and background checks to policy guidance and internal communications. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and requires an onsite setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support onboarding for new field employees, including initiating onboarding tasks and completing I-9 verifications.
  • Coordinate and process background checks as needed.
  • Maintain employee documentation and ensure accuracy in internal tracking systems.
  • Monitor and respond to HR inquiries via the HR inbox.
  • Answer questions regarding the employee handbook, benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Review voicemails and route messages appropriately.
  • Support talent initiatives such as sourcing, scheduling interviews, onboarding, communications, and managing time & attendance, receipts, and expenses.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for corporate team candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to support weekly payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies through information sharing and acknowledgment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, People Operations, or Office Administration.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, iSolved, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes.
