Role Description

The PDI and Vehicle Quality Control Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on vehicles to ensure all protective solutions and services meet SSI’s quality standards before release to clients. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors, verifying installation quality of protective products, documenting findings, and coordinating with technicians to address identified issues. The officer will maintain quality records, prepare inspection reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives in service processes. The role also involves clear communication with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of nonconformities and consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in Automotive industry
• Strong quality-focused skills, including Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience following established standards and procedures.
• Solid analytical skills to identify issues, interpret data or inspection results, and recommend corrective actions.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with technicians, supervisors, and other team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Applicable technical inspection skills for handling measurement tools, test equipment, and documenting findings accurately.
• Relevant experience in automotive inspection, detailing, or service operations is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Intermediate computer skills for using inspection forms, spreadsheets, and internal reporting systems.
• Vocational course, technical certificate, or degree in automotive technology, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
