Shell Business Operations Manila is seeking a Payroll Support Advisor to execute business assurance activities and ensure SOX/FCM compliance across global and local HR processes. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining high data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Log inquiries in Salesforce, log updates, generate tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage work-in-progress cases and communicate status updates to customers.
• Own end-to-end case resolution and coordinate handoffs to other HR Operations teams.
• Build relationships with third-party service providers.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs and data privacy controls.
• Support audits, reviews, and escalate risks when needed.
