Visa is seeking a seasoned APAC Payroll Operations Lead in Manila to oversee day-to-day payroll execution, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional integrations from acquisitions and global initiatives.

The role will lead and manage the Asia Pacific payroll operations by ensuring the execution of day-to-day payroll work and strategic projects of the department, drive process efficiencies and assist in integration projects related to the company acquisitions and global initiatives. We are looking for a candidate that has strong leadership, stakeholder’s management and able to support and coach more junior team members. The role will involve leading and managing the payroll operations and have frequent and regular interactions with cross functional departments and senior management throughout the company.
