The role oversees accurate payroll file processing, payments, garnishments, LOAs, and provides regulatory compliant advice on payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP/ADP Globalview, Workday, or similar.
• Payroll processing experience, including multi-state environment and local taxes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with payroll vendors to process bi-weekly payroll and system changes.
• Ensure accurate time entry and approvals for payroll processing.
• Maintain employee data changes for payroll processing and audit for accuracy.
• Administer pay and deduction inputs with vendors.
• Assist with audits and review audit reports for accuracy.
