Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Associate located in San Pedro. The Payroll Associate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, handling payroll taxes, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Additional day-to-day tasks include maintaining payroll records, assisting with accounting tasks, and communicating effectively with team members and employees regarding payroll matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll Management and Payroll Processing, and Central Time Keeping for 2-3 years.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Finance/Accounting or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
