Job summary

You will enter and verify data in standard systems, manage basic data tasks, and communicate with internal clients to ensure accurate and accessible information. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 1 year AP/AR experience are preferred, with proficiency in Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounts payable/receivable transactions.
• Experience in a multinational company setting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Oracle, MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards; some experience with accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into standard company systems.
• Perform basic data entry tasks and data verification.
• Conduct data entry into company systems and file information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
