Job summary

Salmon is seeking a data analytics professional in Manila to own analytics for the Payments domain, spanning debit, credit, and cross-border. You will work with product and engineering to define tracking for the mobile app and transaction feed, and support initiatives like the Daily Banking launch, grounded in data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analytics, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical insights.

Responsibilities

• Work across a growing Payments domain spanning debit, credit, and cross-border payments, with expanding scope in mobile and transaction feed analytics.
• Partner closely with product and engineering to define and validate tracking requirements for the mobile app interface and transaction feed.
• Support analytics for new initiatives, including the Daily Banking launch, alongside ad-hoc deep-dive analyses.
• Own mobile analytics end-to-end — requirements, monitoring, funnel and drop-off analysis, research, and documentation.
• Own Transaction Feed analytics for the Salmon App — merchant naming standardization, transaction categorization, and icon mapping logic.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics for Payments products across debit, credit, and cross-border.
• Monitor key payment metrics and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Own forecasting inputs and financial reporting analytics for credit products and bills payment streams.
• Deliver clear stakeholder presentations that turn analysis into decisions.
