GROW is currently looking for a Patient Services Officer to be placed for one of our clients in the Healthcare Industry.

Our client is one of the largest private healthcare groups, with hospitals in Singapore. Operating over 80 hospitals in 10 countries and employing over 70,000 skilled professionals to deliver on their aspiration to Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience
  • Basic medical knowledge, marketing and business processes preferred
  • Strong project management and patient care skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Media)
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge in event planning and execution.
  • Good negotiation skills with vendors and organizers on best pricing and setup without compromising the quality and event quality.
  • Good tracking of team budget and expenses using internal tracking worksheet and PMET system update.
  • Establish good filing systems.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer (patient) requirements
  • Responsible with the marketing of Hospitals services in Philippines by developing marketing plans in conjunction with the healthcare trends and market demands within the allocated budget
  • Engage with doctors and patients to develop case studies, testimonials and reference
  • Process and submit invoices for payments to vendors/ external agencies
  • Source for corporate gifts and outsource local and/or regional market suppliers.
  • Attend company sponsored events & promotions.
  • Build a tracking system to evaluate lead quality and qualify opportunities.
  • Implement project management system to document and track activities
  • Ensure that our collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our hospitals brands
  • Manage all logistics for marketing seminars and events, including coordination of speakers and accommodation/transport requirements
  • Assist in Outpatient appointment and Direct Admission process for any referred patients
  • Provide full suite of administrative support to patients as: Medical services, Professional recommendations of treatment options and doctors, Securing an appointment within 24 hours, Advice on estimated cost of treatments and procedures, Arranging a teleconsultation
  • Travel arrangements: Evacuation and repatriation assistance, Flight and accommodation
    arrangements, Visa application and extensions, Airport transfer arrangements

RENUMERATION PACKAGE

  • Benefits (Upon Regularization):
    • The specific details regarding benefits and allowances shall be discussed directly
      with the client during the subsequent stages of the hiring process.
  • Compensation:
    Salary Range: Php 15.000 to Php 20,000 /month

– Archbishop Reyes Ave, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu
– Full time, Regular
– Onsite (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Saturday)
