Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Key Point of Support: Work closely with the Executive/Manager to oversee the daily operations of pre-surgical activities, including financial counselling, providing fasting instructions, and managing appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with Purpose: Liaise with medical clinics across multiple hospitals to organize and manage surgical operation lists. Ensure all necessary pre-operative evaluations, tests, and data are in place for smooth patient care.
• Deliver Excellent Patient Service: Offer financial counselling and arrange Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments for medically complex patients, ensuring they receive the care they need.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures while supporting system enhancements and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new projects.
• Be a Problem Solver: Support the handling and investigation of patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Lead with Impact: Mentor and guide junior staff members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• Possesses GCE, GCE ‘A’ / ‘N’ / ‘O’ level, Higher/ NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues, patients and visitors.
• Able to exhibit initiative, present a disposition, demonstrate an ability to work independently, and manifest good team-spirit qualities.
