Job summary

National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented individual to join our Office of Patient Experience on a 6-month contract. You will support the team by maintaining patient feedback records across multiple systems and assisting with presentation materials for awards.

Key tasks include collating compliments from hospitals, entering data into the CRM, uploading surveys to Qualtrics, updating records, and helping prepare PowerPoint slides for the QSA.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate compliments from various hospitals.
• Enter and maintain compliment data into the database and CRM system.
• Upload survey data to Qualtrics daily.
• Update CRM records related to patient feedback and compliments.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides for NNI Quality Service Awards (QSA).
