Job summary

Confidential Hiring in Bridgetowne, Quezon City is seeking an experienced Patient Access Lead/Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Account Specialist team under Patient Access - Benefits & Authorization.

The role requires 3–5 years in Patient Access with 1 year in a lead capacity, onsite, mid-shift, and a focus on developing processes and reporting to leadership. Eligible candidates will manage workflows and ensure payer compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Patient Access or related roles.
• 1+ year in lead/supervisory or training capacity.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, benefits interpretation, and prior authorization.
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations and team performance.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback.
• Resolve escalated patient, provider, payer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payer requirements and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Cycle, and leadership.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for leadership.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Support staffing, workload balancing, and process improvement.
