Job summary

Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Malinta, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila is hiring for an Inventory Clerk to manage spare parts storage, tracking, and issuance. You will receive and inspect SPAO deliveries, perform stock counts, and assist with inquiries and supplier coordination.

The role requires basic college-level education and inventory experience, with motorcycle parts knowledge a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling inventory is a must.
• Candidate must be at least College Level of any course.
• Knowledge in Motorcycle Parts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage storage, tracking, inventory, and issuance of spare parts, accessories, and tools.
• Receive, check, and maintain accuracy of SPAO deliveries.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile records.
• Address inquiries regarding SPAO and coordinate with suppliers.
• Issue spare parts upon customer purchase and payment.
• Maintain up-to-date spare parts price lists and catalogs; coordinate purchases for repairs.

Job DescriptionManages the storage, tracking, inventory, and issuance of spare parts, accessories, and tools within a warehouse, dealership, or repair service facility. They ensure that mechanics, service departments, or retail customers have immediate and accurate access to the mechanical components they need. ResponsibilitiesReceives and checks the completeness and condition of all SPAO (Spare

Parts and Others) delivered in the branch. Maintains and safe keeps stocks in their proper Bin Location.

Performs periodic counting of stocks to ensure that all stocks in the inventory record are complete and intact. Entertains all inquiries and concerns regarding SPAO and coordination of the same to motorcycle suppliers. Handles the issuance of spare parts and other related products upon customer's purchase and payment.

Maintains an updated spare parts price list and catalogues. Coordinates purchase request & order of customers or branches for the repair of their units under Comprehensive insurance claim or regular troubleshooting procedures

Submit Daily monitoring of sales and inventory report to Head Office as required.

RequirementsCandidate must be at least College Level of any course.Newly graduates are welcome to apply
