Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a Spare Parts Inventory Clerk in the Philippines to ensure received SPAO items are complete and in good condition, and to Safely maintain stock in Bin locations. The role involves stock counting, responding to SPAO inquiries, and coordinating with motorcycle suppliers for repairs and service claims.

The ideal candidate has college-level business studies, familiarity with motorcycle spare parts, and is open to fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• At least college level in any business course.
• Experience in Inventory is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in different motorcycle spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Receives and checks the completeness and condition of all SPAO (Spare Parts and Others) delivered in the branch.
• Maintains and safe keeps stocks in their proper Bin Location.
• Performs periodic counting of stocks to ensure that all stocks in the inventory record are complete and intact.
• Entertains all inquiries and concerns regarding SPAO and coordination of the same to motorcycle suppliers.
• Handles the issuance of spare parts and other related products upon customer’s purchase and payment.
• Maintains an updated spare parts price list and catalogues.
• Coordinates purchase request & order of customers or branches for the repair of their units under Comprehensive insurance claim or regular troubleshooting procedures
• Submit Daily monitoring of sales and inventory report to Head Office as required.
