Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in partner recruitment and support various events and campaigns. You will coordinate recruitment events, maintain records of partners, and ensure timely reporting of partner activities. A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business is required, along with at least 6 months of relevant experience. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Candidates must be willing to work weekends as part of their regular schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
• Willingness to perform fieldwork, including client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new LCs and affiliate partners.
• Coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of active and newly onboarded partners.
• Support logistics for trade shows and marketing events.
• Act as a liaison between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams.
• Ensure timely submission of partner activity reports.
