Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and assets, unloading deliveries, and ensuring a friendly, professional environment for customers and team members. Part-time role based at 801 S State Highway 77, Manila, Arkansas 72442-9037.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
