You will lead sessions across experience levels, tailor instruction to individual needs, monitor progress and maintain a welcoming, hygienic studio environment while staying current with pilates methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years teaching Pilates.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and movement.
• Excellent communication with clients.
• Ability to modify exercises for varying levels.
• CPR/First Aid certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilates classes for all levels.
• Develop personalized instruction tailored to client needs.
• Assess fitness levels and adjust programming.
• Provide motivation and track progress.
• Maintain records of attendance and modifications.
• Create welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Stay current with Pilates methods through CPD.
