Job summary

Enderun Colleges is seeking a Mandarin Language Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction to students across proficiency levels. You will develop lesson plans, teach listening, speaking, reading and writing, and create an engaging, immersive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be a native Mandarin speaker or have HSK 6 proficiency, hold a related bachelor's degree, and be proficient with online teaching tools.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Mandarin language and grammar
• Proficient in using online teaching tools and platforms
• Competent, dedicated and highly-motivated Mandarin Teacher
• Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with others
• Recognizes different values and styles, and respects others' strengths
• Acts confidently in uncertain circumstances; works effectively in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrates patience and persistence

Preferred Education and Experience

• Native Mandarin speaker or non- native speaker with HSK Level 6 proficiency (advanced or near-native professional proficiency)

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or a related field

• Has broad knowledge of the Mandarin language and grammar

• Proficient in using online teaching tools and platforms

• Competent, dedicated and highly-motivated Mandarin Teacher

• Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English languages
