What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development or financial services, preferably within the insurance sector or banking industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, investment solutions and financial planning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions that address those requirements
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the OFW market, challenges and financial needs would be highly advantageous
• Relevant insurance or financial services licence or certification (or willingness to obtain one), such as the Insurance Agent License issued by the Insurance Commission
• Computer literacy and proficiency with basic office software and digital communication platforms
• Integrity, honesty and ethical standards aligned with AXA Philippines values
