About the role

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial planning operations, providing personalised financial guidance and solutions to our clients. As a Financial Advisor, you will be instrumental in building lasting client relationships and driving business growth through the delivery of tailored financial products and services. This position offers flexibility whilst maintaining strategic importance to our expanding presence in the Pangasinan region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and needs analysis for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment objectives
• Develop and present personalised financial plans and recommendations aligned with clients' short-term and long-term financial goals
• Advise clients on a range of insurance products, investment solutions, savings plans and retirement strategies tailored to their individual circumstances
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, reviews and exceptional customer service
• Prepare and explain financial projections, illustrations and product proposals to prospective and existing clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell AXA products and services to expand the client portfolio
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Attend training sessions and professional development programmes to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
• Strong understanding of financial products, including insurance, investments, savings and retirement planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, understandable terms
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong sales acumen and track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets and client acquisition goals
• Proficiency in using financial planning software, Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your own schedule effectively in a part-time capacity
• Valid insurance and investment product certifications or willingness to obtain them
• Relevant experience in financial planning, insurance sales or financial advisory roles is preferred
