About the role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit Part-Time Gardener to maintain and care for our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong green thumb and experience in general landscape upkeep, ensuring our garden, lawn, and plants remain healthy, clean, and visually appealing year-round.

Key responsibilities

• Water, fertilize, prune, and deadhead flowers, shrubs, hedges, and trees

• Monitor plant health and identify early signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies

• Mow lawns, trim edges, weed flower beds, and clear leaves or debris regularly

• Handle soil cultivation, mulching, seasonal planting of new flowers or ground covers, and replanting as needed

• Properly operate, clean, and maintain basic gardening tools and machinery (e.g., lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, shears)

• Sweep pathways, clear outdoor clutter, empty garden bins, and maintain an overall tidy exterior environment

• Communicate any major landscape issues, plant replacement needs, or tool maintenance requirements to management
