Job summary

Qualifications

• Available after-hours including weekends and holidays.
• Based in Makati; start immediately; 10 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies.
• Encourage and engage students to speak in English.
• Motivate students and use humor to create a pleasant learning environment.
• Maximize students’ talk time with oral tests and presentations.
• Display excellent classroom management.
• Keep accurate records of student performance.
• Communicate with the Department Head or Principal as needed.
• Maintain standardized guidelines.
