Job summary

ZigZag Careers in Metro Manila is seeking an AU Financial Planning Administrator to support the Advice Team and Paraplanning group. You will manage CRM projects, enter client data, and help prepare policy research and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in financial planning admin or related field.
• Experience with client data entry and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with paraplanning tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM projects to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Enter client and policy data accurately into the system.
• Record notes and updates in CRM promptly and accurately.
• Conduct policy calls, request quotes, and update paraplanning and client files.
• Prepare annual review packages and update systems accordingly.
• Follow procedures and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Demonstrate understanding of paraplanning tools or willingness to learn.
• Communicate with third parties to ensure data accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Provide adhoc administrative support including reporting or presentations.
