IFIVE INC. in Quezon City is seeking a Paralegal to support US-based clients and assist attorneys with daily tasks. You will prepare pleadings, draft PowerPoint presentations, and conduct online research for legal matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in US law firms, plus experience with Practice Panther, Clio, or Lexis Nexis. On-site work at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in US-based law/legal firms.
Experience with Practice Panther, Clio, Lexis Nexis is a plus.
Solid litigation experience.
Highly organized and alert in a busy environment.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work on site at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Prepare US litigation related pleading documents using templates.
Draft PowerPoint presentations on legal matters.
Research legal and administrative topics via the Internet and databases (e.g., USPTO).
Draft and proofread correspondence on legal matters.
Create first drafts of documents including engagement letters.
Enter data into CRM/billing software.
Identify and download US patent and trademark file histories.
Communicate with clients in writing and by phone.
Perform law-firm administrative tasks as needed.
Support attorney and perform executive assistant tasks.
