Job summary

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documents, researching laws, organizing files, and coordinating with clients and courts. Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are essential, alongside a solid understanding of Philippine legal procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field.
• Paralegal training or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in legal documentation or administrative work is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic Philippine laws and legal procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant laws, regulations, and case references.
• Organize, maintain, and update legal files and case records.
• Assist lawyers in preparing cases and supporting documents.
• Monitor court hearings, case developments, and filing deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, government agencies, and other legal professionals.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and other documentation.
• Ensure the confidentiality and proper safekeeping of legal information.
• Perform administrative duties and other legal support tasks as assigned.
