Job summary

RURAL INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION in Bulacan is seeking a Paper Mill Production Shift Supervisor to achieve target production output with the required quality for customers. You will oversee workers (regular and agency), ensure machines and consumables are in good condition, and manage the Stock Preparation, Wet End, Dry End, Winder, and Boiler sections.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental sustainability, and efficiency, including reducing fresh water and electricity usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing or related field is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in paper mill operations.
Knowledge of Stock Preparation, Wet End, Press Section, Dry End, Winder, and Boiler operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the workers (regular and agency) during the entire shift.
Ensure all machines and consumables are in good condition.
Manage the operation of Stock Preparation, Wet End, Dry End, Winder, and Boiler sections.
Coordinate with HR and other sections for manpower needs, including overtime.
Prepare a written Shift Supervisor’s Report and report significant issues to the Production Head via cellphone.
