Job description

• Surface preparation: Cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This also includes covering floors and furniture to protect them from paint and spills.
• Material handling: Mixing paint, stains, and varnishes to achieve the correct color, consistency, and finish.
• Application of finishes: Applying primers, paints, sealants, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Minor repairs: Repairing cracks and holes in walls and ceilings with fillers like putty or plaster.
• Equipment and site management: Erecting scaffolding, ladders, and staging; cleaning tools and the work area; and properly disposing of hazardous materials.
• Project management: Calculating material needs, estimating project costs, and completing projects on time and within budget.
• Client communication: Discussing project requirements and ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
• Safety compliance: Following all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Atleast SHS GRADUATE W/ NCII / College level or Graduate of any relevant course
• Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant experience
