Emapta is hiring a Paid Social Campaign Specialist in Makati with 2-3 years of hands-on digital campaign management experience. The role covers setup, activation, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of campaigns across platforms, using advanced Excel to derive actionable insights.

Work arrangement includes temporary work-from-home with a Makati base. The position offers a competitive salary up to PHP 60,000 and night shift/weekend off policies, plus career growth within a global company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on digital campaign management experience.
• Proven experience setting up, launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns across relevant advertising platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate specific campaign examples with responsibilities, execution, challenges and results.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (formulas, PivotTables, lookups).
• Strong knowledge of campaign performance tracking, reporting, optimization and key metrics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Help bring social and programmatic campaigns from setup through live delivery, making performance adjustments as needed.
• Compile performance updates during and after campaigns and support client-facing requirements.
• Establish practical campaign workflows that improve consistency, accuracy, and on-time execution.
• Evaluate advertising tools in testing environments and share observations and enhancement suggestions.
• Contribute recommendations on audience selection, spend levels, and other campaign settings.
• Attend recurring team discussions and learning sessions.
• Spend time with different teams to understand campaign integration with the business.
