Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on digital campaign management experience.
• Strong exposure to Paid Social and campaign operations.
• Ability to demonstrate specific campaign examples with measurable results.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of campaign performance tracking, metrics, and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and good organization.

Responsibilities

• Help bring social and programmatic campaigns from setup through live delivery and optimization.
• Compile performance updates during and after campaigns and support client-facing requirements.
• Establish practical campaign workflows for consistency, accuracy, and on-time execution.
• Evaluate internal advertising tools in testing environments and share observations and improvements.
• Provide recommendations on audience, spend levels, and campaign settings.
• Participate in team discussions and cross-functional learning activities.
