Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a technical professional to deliver services and maintenance for Change Healthcare on-prem PACS and Cloud products. Most support is provided remotely from the office with travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities include customer communications, systems installation, data monitoring, and SQL reporting within Unix/Linux environments. Strong imaging workflow knowledge and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
Experience with GitLab and Jira.
Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS, or DICOM.
Project management experience is a plus.
Understanding client-server architecture for streaming data.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
Diagnose and resolve issues at customer sites and remotely.
Install/upgrade hardware and software; configure systems and document processes.
Perform data monitoring and validation on installed systems.
Provide feedback to improve workflows and tools.
Generate customer reports (progress, verifications, exceptions).
Manage multiple tasks and priorities; work independently or in teams.
Write SQL queries and reports; work with Unix/Linux environments.
