Job summary

Pact Packaging Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Packer to support the manufacturing line. You will follow work instructions, maintain product quality, and ensure equipment runs smoothly on the line.

You will perform visual quality checks, follow GMP and safety rules, keep the shop floor clean, and participate in continuous improvement activities with the team.

Responsibilities

• Fill production log sheet and other required documents accurately.
• Use PPE and follow all safety protocols.
• Follow work instructions for packer and ensure products checked per Quality Plan.
• Ensure machines run continuously; check machine and packaging raw materials to avoid stoppage; report any problems affecting quality and output.
• Follow GMP & GHK rules.
• Keep production shop floor and machines clean as per scope of responsibilities.
• Report to Production Supervisor any non-conforming products found during the visual check.
• Contribute to the company's Continuous Improvement Team activities.

Job description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

Administration

Responsible to fill production log sheet & other required documents correctly

Safety

Responsible to use PPE as per required. Follow all Safety protocols

Production

Follow work instruction for Packer and make sure product are checked as per Quality Plan

Ensure Machine running continuously. Check machine and packaging raw materials to avoid stoppage. Report any problems affecting quality and output.

Follow any other reasonable instruction related to operation needs.

Quality

Responsible to do visual check on the product to ensure product quality based on Quality Plan

Product Safety

Follow GMP & GHK rules

Housekeeping

Responsible for ensuring that the production shop floor, machines are clean as per scope of responsibilities

Problem Solving

Report to Production Supervisor any non-conforming products found during the visual check conducted.

Continuous Improvement

Proactive. Contribute to company's improvement projects by participating in
