Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Food Technology or related fields with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing with 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in product, package and/or process development for beverages and snacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term plans and technical strategies for the category.
• Develop innovation plans and policies for product development.
• Prepare detailed project plans including budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, GMP, HACCP and FSMS.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team of developers and designers.
