Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Package Consultant for Microsoft Business Central to provide technical support, incident resolution, and code fixes for the ERP application. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Required deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV 2009/2018), C/AL development, and experience with APIs, integrations, and ITIL/AMS environments. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Business Central, you will specialize in technical support supporting incident resolution, troubleshooting and code fixing, of ERP application. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support L2 Functional consultant through technical guidance and analysis


• Perform code analysis to identify root causes


• Develop required code change to fix application issues or integration/ API issues


• Develop reports to fix data issue

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV NAV 2009 or 2018 (5-10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV)


• Strong knowledge of C/AL development concepts


• Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware


• Experience in ITIL / AMS environments, ideally as L3 technical support


• Clear technical communication with functional teams
